"Moderate Previous / Next" Option Feature Requests

Allow me to suggest something to streamline the process of moderation in the story queue: eliminate the need to return to the queue index by supplying a "moderate next / previous submission" link.

Let me add a disclaimer first: I don't know enough about either Perl or the K5 code to implement this suggestion in a timely fashion. I'm working on my abilities, but until then...

That being said, here are the details:

Firstly, a user should be able to specify in which order [s]he'd like to moderate the queue. Some may prefer newest-first, while others prefer to moderate oldest-first. Then, a link to the next {newest|oldest} unmoderated submission would be placed directly below the submission voting form for the current story. Of course, said link would display the title, author, and submission time just like the queue index.

What do you think?
