Why the ^M's ? Feature Requests

on debugging some of my own boxes output i noticed a show source of the scoop generated pages has ^M's ans the newline character. Is having a DOS newline an option? I would rather have \n as im on unix 99% of the time.

dos endlines are \r\n, unix' are \n, mac endlines are \r's

^M's are thingy things that happen when you do that thingy and open it with the other thingy after transferring it through that thingy. thing. HTH
