Edit Queue?

So, does CVS contain everything needed to make the edit queue work? I've just updated, and I see some of the relevant pieces, but not all, and an article I just submitted to my site as a test did not have any options for pushing it to the edit queue...

My proto-YASS seems to have it. (none / 0) (#1)

The "request editorial feedback" checkbox is visible when submitting a story, and as far as i can tell it seems to work as it is supposed to.
OTOH, i'm the only "user" so i'm not sure if everything works properly. What exactly seems to be the problem?

The "Request Editorial Feedback" box is not available on my site either, though I'm running on the latest CVS. I thought perhaps there might be a site control that would change this, but there doesn't seem to be.
