It was previously on MT, but the partisan nature of the site attracted large numbers of trolls and flamers hijacking my message boards. And MT was having a hard time coping with my traffic levels (approaching 60,000 unique visitors per day, well over 100,000 daily page views). Therefore, a more robust solution was necessary.

So far, so good. A few niggling bugs remain, but it's otherwise been a great transition. Kudos to the Scoop team for a killer application.
