Help for running Scoop in Windows Docs

I have updated my Scoop in Windows documentation and got it working again.  However, I still can't get the mailing of new accounts and passwords to work as expected.

I added my smtp server to httpd-location.conf and to Sendmail.pm.  At this point I can send exactly one email, whether it be for a new account or to send off a password.  That's it, I can't send another email until I restart the Apache server.

I have attempted to use a program called IndigoMail (it's a pay for product with a 30 day evaluation period) that claims to be a Sendmail for Windows.  I supplied Scoop with the path o it (C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/cgi-bin/sendmail.exe) in the Site Controls->General section and set the smtp server to '-' in httpd-locaton.conf and in Sendmail.pm.  This does not work at all.

If anyone has any thoughts on what could be going wrong, anything I may have overlooked, and anyway of effectively troubleshooting why it won't send more than one email (I have turned on debugging in Sendmail.pm, but nothing shows up in the Apache error.log.  The only error to show up is the following, which seems rather unhelpful: [Sat Jun 21 01:06:36 2003] (Scoop::mail) Error sending mail: Connection error from ** on port 25 ().).

Thanks for any help and ideas you guys can offer.

I'd like to see it, maybe incorporate it into the SAG if that's ok with you. If not, I'll just link to it.

To get sendmail to work via cygwin?  I was considering that, but the potential brain hemorraghing that would result was a deterant to me...
