Feature Request: digest header and footer blocks Feature Requests

There is currently one block "digest_headerfooter" defined for story digests. The same block is prepended and appended to each digest.

I'd like to request that there be two blocks defined "digest_header" and "digest_footer" for the beginning and end of each digest, respectively.

I help run the scoop site concerns.youngmath.net. It would be helpful to arrange for the digest to include "masthead" information for our group at the end of each digest, but we don't want to repeat the same information at the start of each digest.

You got it (none / 0) (#1)

It's in the current CVS. "digest_header" and "digest_footer" may be used, which do what you'd expect and both allow the same string variables as digest_headerfooter. If either doesn't exist, it falls back on digest_headerfooter, so no change is necessary for anyone who has it working already. Update the code, and then just create the new blocks. I didn't make a patch to add them, cause I'm lazy. :-)
